Synergy served as the General Contractor on this unique new home in Bahama, NC. We worked on a team with the owners and architects to develop and build this home from the ground up. The home included numerous special features, including a super insulated building envelop, and high efficiency HVAC system, (which qualified for Energy Star status); advanced framing techniques allowing efficient materials usage and maximum insulation values; an elevator shaft for a future elevator raising three levels to the cupola on the upper level; a galvanized metal spiral staircase; concrete counter tops, and much more.
