Recently we received a phone call from a homeowner in Durham that had run in to some road blocks with his renovation project. Communication, budget and scheduling are all key issues and it seems as if the homeowner and his previous contractor were not speaking the same language. The house was originally in need of a new roof, numerous siding & deck repairs, new windows and a new paint job.
You can see from the photos below where things had been left when Synergy got involved. We met with the homeowner, pulled together an estimate and quickly got to work.
